Mars Station was a Federation space station that was in service with Starfleet in the mid-24th century. This facility, in orbit above Mars, was attached to the Utopia Planitia Fleet Yards. In the 2360s, this facility, especially drafting room 5, was actively involved with the work associated with the Galaxy-class Starship Development Project.

On stardate 40174, the USS Enterprise-D was docked inside this station. A development stage prototype schematic of the dilithium crystal chamber for the Enterprise-D was sent to this station from Seran T-1. (TNG: "Booby Trap")
