Leandra was the wife of the El-Aurian Tolian Soran.
When the Borg destroyed the planet El-Auria, she was killed by the Borg, along with millions of others. In fact, Soran's entire family was annihilated at that time, including the children he had. (Star Trek Generations)

Leandra is not named on screen. The name Leandra originated from the source's script. In both the first draft and a post-production version of the final draft, she was mentioned when Picard asked Soran, while trying to persuade him to relent, if Leandra knew she had married a man who was capable of mass murder.
