Keith R. Shiozaki (born 9 December 1954; age 69) is an actor who appeared as an Starfleet Headquarters crewman in Star Trek: The Motion Picture. He also appeared as a background performer in Battlestar Galactica (with John Colicos). His costume (with a name tag mistakenly reading Kaith Shiozaki) was sold off on the It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay. [1]
