Jon Cellini (born 10 August 1977; age 46) is the actor who portrayed a technician in the Star Trek: Voyager sixth season episode "Blink of an Eye".

Prior to his appearance in Voyager, Cellini appeared in the short film Visas and Virtue (1997) and Telling You (1998, with Richard Libertini, Gina Philips, Neal McDonough, and Clint Howard).

His Star Trek role was followed by supporting roles in the thriller The Theory of the Leisure Class (2001, with Christopher McDonald), Triangle Square (2001), and Sarah Silverman: Jesus Is Magic (2005, with Sarah Silverman and Robert Towers), as well as guest roles in Once and Again (2001, starring Billy Campbell, Susanna Thompson, and Jeffrey Nordling, and with Julianna McCarthy and Andrei Sterling), NYPD Blue (2004, with Gordon Clapp, Nikita Ager, Rick Fitts, and Michael Edward Rose), CSI: Crime Scene Investigation (2005, starring Paul Guilfoyle and Wallace Langham, with Patrick Kilpatrick), and It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia (2005).
