The Janeway wormhole was a wormhole connecting 2384 to 2436 Solum. It was named after Hologram Janeway, who opened the wormhole and it was located at the border of the Alpha and Beta Quadrants. (PRO: "Into the Breach, Part II")
In 2384, Hologram Janeway opened the wormhole using the detonation of the USS Protostar's proto-core while at proto-warp. Before making the jump, Hologram Janeway programed in the parameters of the wormhole that had sent the ship into the future in the first place. A month later, Starfleet received a distress call from Chakotay through it. (PRO: "Supernova, Part 2")
