Henry Reichenbach (6 May 1957 – 29 December 2012; age 55) was the actor who portrayed the Headsman in the Star Trek: Voyager second season episode "The Thaw". As a background actor he received no credit and was identified by the name tag of his costume which was sold off on the It's A Wrap! sale and auction on eBay. [1]
