Fullara was an obsolete Vulcan ritual, which repressed a memory and emotions associated with that memory.
Some time in the late 2130s, T'Pol had the fullara performed at P'Jem to repress memories of killing Jossen. The memories of the ritual were ultimately also repressed. (ENT: "The Seventh")
