Alternate reality
The Fibonan High Council was the governing body of the Fibonan Republic.
In 2263 of the alternate reality, the Fibonan High Council sent a piece of an ancient weapon as a gift, via the USS Enterprise, to the Teenaxi Delegation, as per custom. They were duly mentioned by the Enterprise's commanding officer, Captain James T. Kirk, upon presenting the Abronath to the Teenaxi Delegation, though the Teenaxi subsequently rejected the gift.
