Elaine P. Maser is a costumer and costume supervisor who worked as costumer for women on the Star Trek: The Next Generation first season episodes "Angel One" and "Too Short A Season", as extra costumer on the fifth season episode "Ensign Ro", and as costume supervisor on Star Trek VI: The Undiscovered Country. She received no credit for her work on The Next Generation but is listed on several call sheets.
Maser worked as secretary for costume designer Jocelyn Rickards in the early 1980s, including work on films such as Charlie Chan and the Curse of the Dragon Queen (1981). She then worked as costumer herself on episodes of Brothers (1986) and CBS Summer Playhouse (1988), Black Rain (1989), Always (1989), Arachnophobia (1990, with Dave Powell), and Dutch (1991).
As costume supervisor her credits include Fearless (1993), Batman Forever (1995, with Myron Baker, David M. Mayreis, Wingate Jones, and Kacy Treadway), Liar Liar (1997, with David Page), The Horse Whisperer (1998, with David Page), Bicentennial Man (1999, with Karen Bellamy), Man on the Moon (1999), Baby (2000), What's the Worst That Could Happen? (2001), Ocean's Eleven (2001), and the Without a Trace pilot episode (2002).
