Alternate reality
In the alternate 2259, Earth Sector 45 was a region of planet Earth. This sector included a portion of the San Francisco Metropolitan Area. The sector was mentioned in the subtitle of a map of the bay, which was in a collection of graphics and video media that were seen on a powerwall in the offices of Christopher Pike and Alexander Marcus at Starfleet Headquarters.
