Duvin

Duvin was a Vulcan who served as an advisor to Ni'Var President T'Rina during the late 32nd century.

In 3191, Duvin sought to dissuade T'Rina from publicly announcing her impending marriage to Saru, as it would inflame her coalition's conflict with the Vulcan purists. After she rebuffed him, he then attempted to persuade Saru instead. Later, when Saru broached his concerns to T'Rina, she reminded him that, while she employed Duvin due to his political shrewdness, he did not know her interests better than she. (DIS: "Jinaal")

Later that year, Duvin was one of the attendees at Saru and T'Rina's beach wedding. Evidently having changed his opinion on the matter, Duvin presented the newlyweds to the guests. (DIS: "Life, Itself")
