Dianne Harper (born 6 July 1944; age 80) is an actress provided the "Radio Voice" in Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan. Several years later, she appeared as a dead Prometheus officer in the Star Trek: Voyager fourth season episode "Message in a Bottle". She received no credit for this appearance but is listed on the call sheet and filmed her scene on Friday 3 October 1997 on Paramount Stage 16.

Harper had previously made guest appearances on several television series in the 1970s, including Marcus Welby, M.D. (1974, in an episode with Cliff DeYoung and Ken Lynch), Emergency! (1974, with Vince Howard), Kolchak: The Night Stalker (1974, starring John Fiedler and with Michael Strong), Get Christie Love! (1974, with Phillip Richard Allen and Tim O'Connor), Ironside (1974), Happy Days (1975), Adam-12 (1975, with William Boyett), The Rockford Files (1976), and Serpico (1976, with David Birney).

She also appeared in the 1975 television movie Crime Club, starring David Clennon, Robert Lansing, and Eugene Roche and was a regular on the daily soap Days Of Our Lives around 1980-81, portraying Leslie James. [1]
