Citadel Press is a publisher whose Star Trek related books include The Starfleet Academy Entrance Exam, The Joy of Trek, and the 1995 reissue of Star Trek Concordance.
Citadel Press originated as a division of the publisher Lyle Stuart, Inc.. In 1988, Lyle Stuart, Inc. was acquired by Steven Schragis to become part of his publishing venture Carol Communications (later known as Carol Publishing Group.) [1] In 2000, Carol Publishing Group, having declared bankruptcy, was acquired by Kensington Publishing Corporation [2] which still maintains Citadel Press as an imprint specializing in non-fiction books.
