A blooper reel was a type of motion picture that featured humorous accidents, which were referred to as "bloopers."
According to an anything but canon account, Spock once presented a blooper reel at a First Contact Day party on the USS Enterprise. The various clips from Spock's blooper and connected in memoriam were disturbing rather than funny, unnerving most of the party's attendees. (VST: "Holiday Party")
