Billy Simpson (born 2 November 1963; age 60) is the actor who played the voice of young Spock in the Star Trek: The Animated Series first season episode "Yesteryear".
Simpson also appeared in an episode of Ark II with Terry Lester, Malachi Throne, and Lou Scheimer and an episode of Wonder Woman with Tony Brubaker and David Richard Ellis.
Billy Simpson is also known as "Whimsical Will", an associate of American radio personality "Dr. Demento".
