The Betazed Intelligence, or BIA, was an intelligence agency that operated out of Betazed during the 24th century.
In 2381, three BIA agents were tasked with trying to find information on an unknown starship that was responsible for the destruction of various starships.
While aboard the USS Cerritos, in transit from Angel I to Risa, the trio gave Captain Carol Freeman an image that they'd recovered of the unknown ship. (LD: "Empathological Fallacies")
