BBC America

BBC America is an American television broadcaster owned and operated by BBC Worldwide, which is a subsidiary of the BBC. It is available via both cable and satellite, and primarily airs British television programs.

In April 2010, BBC America aired Star Trek Generations, featuring British lead actors Patrick Stewart and Malcolm McDowell. Later that month, beginning on the 26th, the network began airing Star Trek: The Next Generation Monday through Friday at 8 pm and 11 pm EST.

On June 3, 2014, BBC America became the first US broadcaster to air the re-mastered episodes from Star Trek: The Next Generation Season 1 in high-definition. Season 2 re-mastered was eventually added starting November 11, 2014.

In addition to Star Trek: The Next Generation, BBC America had also aired Star Trek: The Original Series and Star Trek: Voyager, as well as several of the Star Trek films. Since January 2020, the network has also aired Star Trek: Deep Space Nine.

Some of the episodes broadcast are trimmed for time and thus have scenes missing.
