Armando Contreras (17 January 1930 – 20 January 2008; age 78) worked in the camera and electrical department of Star Trek: The Next Generation, Star Trek: First Contact, and Star Trek: Insurrection. [1]
Contreras started as key grip on The Waltons (1974-1976) and worked then as key grip/ dolly grip on films such as Convoy (1978), Tarzan, the Ape Man (1981), Staying Alive (1983), Micki & Maude (1984), the television special Police Story: The Freeway Killings (1987), Wayne's World (1992), Mr. Saturday Night (1992, with Julie Warner and Mary Mara), Wayne's World 2 (1993), and Primal Fear (1996, with Alfre Woodard).
