Arcanis Lager was a variety of beer sold on Earth from the late 23rd century to the early 25th century.

Another Arcanis Lager sign was on the wall of 10 Forward Avenue in Los Angeles in 2381. (PIC: "Seventeen Seconds") The sign was still up in 2401. (PIC: "The Star Gazer")
The word "Arcanis" was also used in the script of "Nor the Battle to the Strong", which talked about the Arcanis sector in the context of the Federation-Klingon War. Since that war revolved primarily around the Archanis sector, it seems likely that Arcanis in that script was an alternative spelling of Archanis, the implication being that Arcanis Lager might be linked to the Archanis sector or the colony at Archanis IV.
