Al Fleming (born 4 December 1941; age 82) is a make-up artist whose work includes Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home. He received no credit for his work in the films end credits.

Fleming's other film and television credits include The Ballad of Cable Hogue (1970, with David Warner), Brother John (1971, with Paul Winfield), The Getaway (1972), A Name for Evil (1973, with Samantha Eggar), The Stranger Who Looks Like Me (1974, alongside Star Trek: Voyager hair stylist Gloria Montemayor), Winterhawk (1975, with Elisha Cook), Burnt Offerings (1976), How the West Was Won (1977, with David Huddleston and Richard Kiley), and Demonoid (1981), on which he was responsible for Samantha Eggar's make-up.
