Aaron Baiers (born 21 April 1982; age 42) is a Star Trek producer and vice president of the production company Secret Hideout.

Baiers worked as producer on the first season, co-executive producer on the second and third seasons and executive producer on the fourth season of Star Trek: Discovery, and co-executive producer on Star Trek: Short Treks.

He was co-executive producer on the first season and executive producer on the second season of Star Trek: Picard, and co-executive producer on the first season and executive producer on the second and third seasons of Star Trek: Lower Decks.

He worked as executive producer on both Star Trek: Prodigy and Star Trek: Strange New Worlds.

A. Baiers and his mirror counterpart, as well as Aaron Baiers were named after him.

Baiers worked as production assistant on the fourth season of the drama series The O.C. (2006-2007, starring Melinda Clarke and with Autumn Reeser and Michael Nouri), the pilot episode of Chuck (2007, with Tony Todd), and the Western Shiloh Falls (2007, with Brad Greenquist).

In 2014, he worked as co-producer on the crime series Matador (2014, produced by Jill Danton, Roberto Orci, Heather Kadin, and Alex Kurtzman). Further occupations as producer include the television series Limitless (2015-2016, developed and executive produced by Craig Sweeny) and Salvation (2017, executive produced by Heather Kadin and Alex Kurtzman). More recently, he worked as supervising producer on the mystery series Instinct (2018, co-starring Michael Buchman Silver and Whoopi Goldberg).
