Bait and switch

I shopped for Keen shoes. When I ordered them the price shown was good, $92 was I believe a marked down price. I completed purchase and was satisfied. Later, I noted an email notification that there was a price increase of $10. I was not happy but I wanted the shoes so I didn’t bother complaining about this bait a switch tactic!. I probably will not purchase from Keen again. There need to be accurate information regarding pricing and instead of completing the transaction and sending an email post purchase. What a racket!!!

It seems that whenever there is a 10%…

It seems that whenever there is a 10% cash back, Rakuten always says that was not provided by the company when CLEARLY I have the email from Rakuten that states it is 10% cash back AND I have the Rakuten logo in the upper right hand corner indicating that Rakuten has been activated. Never seems to be a problem when the cash back is 3% or less. So, so disappointing when I have been a member since 2020.

Rakuten always delivers

Rakuten always delivers. They have great customer service (excellent communication), and they make it easy to get cash back from purchases.

Rakuten- Touch and go

I like to use Rakuten whenever possible when shopping, but it can be touch and go as to whether you get money back. I recently had a large TEMU purchase that went through Rakuten but was unable to get any money back. There was no explanation from Rakuten. Its also very frustrating that the in store purchase process does not work. I have tried using it for Walmart and Lowes and it just goes into the circle of Death and wont do anything. Why have the option if it doesnt work?

Rakuten did not give me my 15%

I was sent an email from Rakuten on 5/27/2024 about 15% off from Ace hardware. I went on the site and ordered a grill to be picked up at a store miles from my home. Then Rakuten did not keep its promise to pay me the 15%
