Beautiful, clean design of interface. And reasonably priced.

TotalAV is great!
Having had Bitdefender putting loads of unwanted files on my laptop that seemed to be causing problems with my desktop locking down, my downloads folder being inaccessible to me, I purchased TotalAV virus protection - and all the problems went away. I can't believe it. Great software. Beautiful, clean design of interface. And reasonably priced.

Junk Files and Scammers

After taking over my computer and shutting me out, I found that some scammer was trying to get into my bank acct. After restarting computer, Total AV popped up and offered to clean up system. Many unused and possibly bad files were removed in a matter of minutes. Thanks AV for quick response.

No virus since using it

No virus since using it. Only issue is that every year my renewal gets declined because they get a lot fraud charges so banks have them on a fradulant list. Which is usually just people having a hard time cancelling their subscription and the only way to stop charges is to file it as a fraud charge.

As a senior

As a senior, my credit card had been hackeded a number of times, and was nearly ready to leave my bank. I feel so much safer now that I have an affordable protection for my phone, and computer; that I can afford on a very small budget. Thank you TotalAV for taking the stress out of my life.

Total av poor customer service

I have tried to contact this company directly to cancel my subscription and they send you on a loop around their website, a bit like the old Virgin Media sites.
On sending an email to their support team they came back with an email redirecting me around their site again.
So far, haven't been able to connect directly with them, so how am I expected to get a refund??

Easiest download of a security system ever

Easiest download of a security system I have ever done. Thank you. Just uninstalled old system and recently purchased system because of difficulties with add ons and being double billed for recent purchase.
AVG is a dream come true and does immediate install and goes to work brilliantly.

I find Total AV an easy security…

I find Total AV an easy security facility which allows me work with dome sense of safety.My only problem is that I am frequently remindee by Windows Defender to switch Total AV on as it doesn't always awitch on at start up. Perhaps someone from the organisation will tell me how yo overcome this. Generaly speaking, the system is very reliable.

Just subscribed and impressed so far

I've just subscribed and did a smart scan which was taking forever. I had an online chat with Harold and on his recommendation I unistalled TotalAV and re-installed and everything is ok now. The Dashboard is great, very straightforward.

I have been up all night trying to get rid of McAfee. They kept trying to control my computer. and they did. They tried to tell methere was all kinds problems

Macafee is not to be trusted. First, I was sent
information my computer was hacked and there were viruses, Trojans, Malware and many other problems causing many problems on my computer, They were determined to keep me under their control.
I was about to give up when I was finally able to get in touch with Total AV. I am so glad, I pressed on. Oh, happy day! I am so upset with McAfee. I will never again trust McAfee. Luci M.

I've tried several Antivirus programs

I've tried several Antivirus programs, and didn't get the results I get from Total AV. It's a bit on the pricey side but worth every penny. I highly recommend Total AV if you're looking for a very good Antivirus program.

its been a while since I've had security sadly... was worried my computer was compromised since updates for windows 11, and my stock security was broken! but after a couple big scans my computer updated and total av got rid of allot of stuff! thank you!

Affordable and reliable

Affordable and reliable. I have been a member since 2022 and I discovered this antivirus through google search/reviews. Never had a problem since. Thank you Total AV for protecting my account.

I switched from Total AV after I…

I switched from Total AV after I decided paying 100+ a year wasn't worth it so decided to go else where. I turned off auto renew and switched to my new AVS when I had a few days left on TotalAV.

Ever since I have had emails telling me I have "outstanding balance" and I must "clear your balance" and when you click the link it takes you to buy a year for 'only' 8.99.

Seems like a scummy way to convince those less tech savvy they owe you some money and I can see it scaring some people into rebuying a year.

It's so easy to use

It's so easy to use. I felt like it did most of the work for me and kept my PC running in top form. I also feel it protects my PC from harm and my information from harm. Would recommend to other users, too.
