Total adblock was working fine until the update. The adblocker is now not blocking ads.
My PC needed to be added to the new subscription I had paid for, for Totalav. They have taken another payment from my account without my permission.
27.07.2024 Despite the reply from Totalav, they are still trying to take another payment from my bank account!

I love running this antivirus on my iPhone, iPad and MacBook because you really hardly notice it’s there until it’s done a scan and it tells you the result. I think I’ve been using this for around 4 or so years now and overall I’m very happy with the way the program runs compared to others I’ve used in the past. I definitely use my gear with confidence while running this program and I would have no problem recommending it to others to use.
This seems like an outright scam company . I just signed up after seeing they had nearly 5 stars on trust pilot on to not even be able to sign in after already paying . Then I read all the bad reviews . How can do many people say they have been scammed for $100s of dollars and it still be a nearly 5 stars . It doesn’t give me much confidence in trust pilots way of verifying reviews.

I am new to the use of TotalAV and learned about it on recommendation from Kim Komando site. So far it is easy to use, informs me each time there is an issue and provides options for management. Compared to my previous product I am much more satisfied with TotalAV!
Bought a 20€ AV Programm a year ago and cancelled my membership instantly. Now I got billed 120€ a year later with a subscription for 120€. There's no way to contact the support team. I can only put my credit card info in the ticket system but my money was taken out of my PayPal account. There is no way to contact anyone to get help to get my money back. Can't recommend.

you stole $169. on my credit card.Ihave canceled total AV 3 years ago but you keep charging the amount without the service.I intend to send a letter to the Business Bureau about your fraud and I intend to put a message on Facebook telling them what you do also to other medias.I regret the day I bought your program.

I like the program. I also use it on my IPad. It was recommended by my company. I like that it catches things that ordinary scans don't catch. I have confidence in Total AV and its protection. It has also blocked questionable sites which I like. I don't want to visit sites that might compromise my computer. I bought the program in May 2024 and I have not been disappointed.
As this was recommended by Samsung I thought it would be better than my current Norton 360. But although the offer seemed very good it would become far more expensive than my Norton service with all the necessary add on services, so I was very disappointed with it and that Samsung recommended it for Samsung users.
I am sorry but I agree with the last review. This company are just as bad as any hackers are viruses you could get. You sign up and then cancel to ensure that you don't get automatically renewal. They then take £119.00. Last year was £19.00!!! and then your run around trying to get your money back. They have no email support no telephone support no chat support, just AI messages. They should provide pr-advice before taking peoples money.

TotalAV not only blocked the ads on my Safari/Chrome, android phone and iPad, they also provided virus scan! So I can don't need to buy separately from anothers
