Please note we are an AntiVirus company, who offer a couple of features that can help improve the performance of hardware.

If you have an old computer with ageing components which have become dated, no software will fix that for you.

on recommendation i left a greedy competitor to be with Big AV

I'm new to the Big AV just a couple of months!
I left a 13yr competitor who became so greedy it almost cost over 500yr to have them to protect my information on line it turns out it was a big rip it was ridicules
so on recommendation by other I signed up with Big AV and so far people its been really good, right now I would pay double the price for peace of mind
my star rating how ever is only 4 so far but 5 star would of be easy, had your ad blocker yesterday removed the ad's that didn't go away! people to be fair I might have a problem somewhere else
your product is most valuable to me it works I'm only hoping that Big AV is a all in package so I don't have to worry about security breach and virus

Popup ads and extra pages slowing down my computer

I have a lot of ads and extra pages popping up all the time. I never had this before when I had Norton. It drives me crazy. If anyone else uses my computer I have to tell them to watch for the other pages opening up and tell them to exit them right away.

Removed dll files when it shouldn't.

Removed dll files when it shouldn't.

Following a file scan, a list of files appeared, that were either Junk or Temp files, etc. after completion of deleting files, I discovered a Logitech dll driver was missing on reboot.

This driver was for a WiFi mouse/ trackball and wasn't corrected until I uninstalled the mouse and reinstalled to a different USB port.

Otherwise a good antivirus - security suite

GREAT PRODUCT

YES, GREAT PRODUCT....NO ISSUES WITH IT AT ALL YET ..DARE I SAY AND IS VERY AFFORDABLE WHICH IS WHY I CHOOSE IT IN THE FIRST PLACE NO REGRETS FANTASTIC GUYS KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK :)

I would not recommend total AV I had…

I would not recommend total AV I had nothing but trouble with my computer since I installed the product. I have removed it and now use another company

Nag nag nag

All this product does is nag you to buy additional add ons. Totally unacceptable.

i tried to cancel this within the ordering grace period but to no avail so i wasted my money. Uninstalled it and won't touch it again with a bargepole
