Next week will mark one year since we first met the team from ArabyAds in Dubai ahead of a big launch event by Hisense. Another telco partnership under the roof! The SFR TV app goes live on all VIDAA devices in France. This removes the need for SFR subscribers to use a set-top box for accessing their service.

Interesting news in sports & FAST today as Formula 1 is the latest major sports organisation to launch a FAST channel (read more here: F1 announces 24/7 streaming channel in the US), hot on the heels of two that the NBA has recenly launched and two pop-ups within 3 months from the NFL. Sports and FAST in the US may be in its infancy but it is fascinating to see the major powers of sport all turning to what FAST can add to their consumer relationships.

Vevo has launched the Vevo app on Telly TV, the first dual screen smart TV offered free to consumers. “With the support of advertising, consumers increasingly expect access to premium programming for free and on demand.
