28.6 million people watched the opening ceremony of the 2024 Summer Olympic Games from Paris on NBC and Peacock, NBCUniversal said, which includes the live airing and the prime-time replay across platforms. It was the most-watched opening ceremony for the network since the 2012 Summer Olympic Games in London.
