Exciting News! CBC has renewed Ghosting with Luke Hutchie and Matthew Finlan for a second season! Production on the new season just kicked off. This time, the amateur ghost hunters will travel across the country, visiting Canada's most haunted locations in British Columbia, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland, the Yukon, and Ontario. This season promises to be scarier and funnier, with a whole new roster of special guests who will decide whether these notoriously haunted locations are truly "Haunted" or "Not Haunted." The 8-episode unscripted comedy from Blue Ant Studios, in association with Luke Hutchie Productions, will air on CBC in winter 2025. Hutchie and Finlan are the creators, executive producers, and stars of the series. Matt Hornburg, Mark Bishop, Donna Luke, and Jennifer Harkness are the executive producers for Blue Ant Studios. Mitch Burman joins this season as the showrunner/series producer. Jonathan Jude is senior story producer; Nikki Chow is the series director and Brooke Yerxa is the associate producer. For CBC, Sally Catto is General Manager, Entertainment, Factual & Sports; Jennifer Dettman is Executive Director, Unscripted Content; and Susan Taylor is Executive in Charge of Production.

Happy Pride! Blue Ant celebrated Pride Month with our annual internal Pride Extravaganza event. This year, our employees put their wits to the test as they were quizzed on 2SLGBTQI+ knowledge, from history to pop culture. We were lucky to be joined by Aurora Matrix (Canada's Drag Race, Season 4 Runner Up) and Trevor Boris (Canada's Drag Race + Canada vs. the World, Showrunner and Executive Producer) who slayed the house down as our Trivia hosts. Beyond the celebration, Pride is a reminder of the importance of 2SLGBTQI+ rights and acceptance globally. Here’s a behind-the-scenes look at how Blue Ant and our employees celebrated Pride. 📸: Jean Kwan
