Five things to prepare for the AI Disruption: 1) Educate your Team - Free resources are available everywhere. Make sure everyone is on the same page. 2) Catalog Use Cases & Data Assets - Use VDF (Viability, Desirability, Feasibility) to create a spreadsheet with all potential use cases. 3) Quantify Value & Impact - Create a back-of-the-napkin business case to understand the potential disruption impact. 4) Create Simple Plan - Develop a vision, value case, talent needs, partnerships, and roadmap. 5) Quick Win Pilot - Partner with OpenAI, Llama, and an AI expert to build momentum in a single high-value area. #AITransformation #GenAI #PredictiveAI Dan Simion Alvarez & Marsal A&MPLIFY by A&M Alvarez & Marsal Consumer and Retail Group Google Meta Microsoft Adobe Salesforce Amazon Web Services (AWS) OpenAI

Hamish Dickie shared an article about the enablement and empowerment piece the other day that this is very relevant to. One comment on this related to the “controls” aspect which is relevant to corporations and institutions more than individuals but this article makes me think even more about the Architectural needs that come as a result of empowering so many people. The VFD becomes the vehicle to put the necessary supporting “infra” in place to scale securely.

Insightful! Rule number 6: Continue to keep time aside to read books, and read more books, to keep the critical thinking going and bring AI to the best standards!
