“I have been working with David on the Arava Institute's Israel Ride for 2+ years now. In addition to being a rider, David is the Vice-Chair of the Israel Ride, a volunteer role that he has held for over 10 years. His long standing dedication has been invaluable to the Ride's continued success. As the Israel Ride Manager, I check in with David and the other lay leaders weekly regarding rider recruitment, rider experience and marketing & communications. It's always a productive meeting with David on the call. In fact, sometimes if David's not on the call, we decide to reschedule! He is a wealth of knowledge and is always extremely thoughtful and considerate with his suggestions. He cares tremendously about the Israel Ride and is responsible for countless small decisions that have made the riders' experience so smooth, professional and enjoyable.
