The Spiffo Plush is a pet-summoning item which summons a Spiffo pet that follows the player around. It has a 0.07*1/1500 (0.07%) chance of being dropped by all types of Zombie.

If the player goes too far away, the Spiffo flies after the player by spinning its tail above it to fly.

Trivia[]

• The pet is a reference to Spiffo, the mascot of the open-world survival horror video game Project Zomboid. The buff tooltip is a reference to the Project Zomboid world start screen.
• The way Spiffo spins its tail to fly when too far away from you could be a reference to Miles “Tails” Prower from the Sonic The Hedgehog series.
