The Deerclops Eyeball is a pet-summoning item that has a 25*1/4 (25%) chance of dropping from the Deerclops in Master Mode. It summons a Tiny Deerclops that will follow the player around. If it is too far away from the player, a bird will carry it by its horn to continue following the player.
