Why the fuck is gamera being sold twice in the special shop or whatever it’s called for different prices?
What's on your mind?

With a lot of games getting remakes or remasters nowadays (be it officially like with Tomb Raider I-III Remastered or unofficially with Godzilla: Save The Earth - Melee), I was wondering if you guys would like to see this one get a remaster.
For those who don't know, Gamera: 2000 was a 1997 arcade-style space shooter game made for the PlayStation and released in Japan only, but if you had a Japanese PlayStation then you could still play it - especially as the voice actors used in the game (admittedly of Resident Evil quality for those who played that game back in the day) all talk in English and the game's menu has an English option.
The game's story (which uses the Heisei Gamera trilogy's backstory as its basis) shows Earth coming under attack by a cybernetic "alien" race known as the Bio-Mecha (or "Bio Mechs"). Interestingly, it's hinted that they may be Atlanteans who left Earth after the Gyaos turned on them, since their language is similar to the Atlantean symbols seen in the Heisei films.
In any case, the Bio-Mecha attack Earth with a army of machines (notable examples include the M-Machine-Dread VII and Quicksilver) as well as numerous Gyaos variants/mutants.
Taking control of Jack Morton - a UN soldier working for the international organization known as the "Science Defense Academy" - and with Gamera as their wingman for most of the game, the player must fight their way through the armies of Bio-Mechs and Gyaos Mutants around the world; most times aboard an advanced aircraft dubbed the IUK-3 and other times aboard a BC-22 Hover Bike.
Ultimately, the game will culminate in a final battle against the Bio-Mech's most powerful monster - a Gyaos/Gamera/Bio-Mech hybrid known as the "Dragon Fortress/Bionic-Gyaos".
Question is, do you think this game should get a remake/remaster, or would you rather it remain in the past?
Curious to see what you guys think. Here's a playthrough of the game for those who aren't overly familiar with it.
The reason I though I'd ask this is because I came across a Godzilla Analog Horror video on YouTube that was released on February this year.
The video - titled "'That's not our neighbor' (Found Footage) - The Invasion of Godzilla" (part of a larger "Invasion of Godzilla" video series) - talks about the human-sized Godzilla mutants (the ones we saw on Shin Godzilla's tail at the end of the 2016 film) spreading out and attacking people across America after Shin Godzilla attacks in the 1990s, with people even been painfully mutated into more of them.
The found footage part of the video involves one person in an American neighborhood noticing his neighbor screaming in agony for hours and thinking he may be mutating; a belief that proves to be horrifyingly true...
With that in mind, do you think a horror game based on one or more human characters fighting and/or surviving against the Shin Godzilla mutants (both the ones we saw on Shin Godzilla's tail and other possible variants, both human and animal-like if they could infect other creatures) could work?
Is this game official? Got word of it on another wiki. Anybody hear of it and anybody know its origins?

Do people still play this
Game?
We make a brief departure from the peak era movies, to take a look at a based game.
My favourite part in the game is when Godzilla shouts "It's time to make an impact" and starts playing Genshin Impact all over the place, then after his weight triples he leaps at Destoroyah and makes a Maximum Impact all over him. That was truly an Ultraman Max reference of all time.
Realesed in 1999 for the SEGA Dreamcast, this game is meant to be a sequel to the incredibly mid Godzilla Generations, unlike it's predecessor this game is not mid at all.
This game is a rail shooter, you go through levels and shoot enemies that come at you. Very simple, but holy fuck, it's so fun. You aim Godzilla's atomic breath as you charge it up and lock on to enemies, it turns more red as you charge it up and with full charge Godzilla does an Atomic Pulse as well. It's so satisfying to demolish a chain of Helicopters or hit all of the Boss' target zones at once. Also watch out for the Mothra loading screen jumpscare. I sharted my pants when Mothra's hideous offspring looked deep into my soul.
You get some awesome bosses too, there's Biollante, King Ghidorah, Mothra, Space Godzilla and Destoroyah. And also 2 original versions of beloved mechas, M.O.G.U.E.R.A. II-nd who's goofy as hell and SMG II-nd who's awesome as hell. I'll go over the fights now as they're like the main thing.
The first boss is Biollante, she attacks you with her vines and Acid Sap, she's pretty easy and as long as you keep destroying her vines she'll be pretty helpless, but watch out for the occasional Acid Spray (or "Splay" as the game calls it lmao)
Then you fight King Ghidorah. He's a little bitch who flies around the battlefield and fires his Gravity Beams. I'm not sure exactly how, but you can destroy his heads, but you probably shouldn’t as that just leaves you with less targets to hit, I think it happens when you hit one of his heads just before it fires a gravity beam.
Then it's my favourite level of the game, the Mothra level. After being jumpscared by the Mothra Larva on the loading screen you arrive in some sort of ancient temple, from which dozens of those fucking ugly turds come crawling out towards you. You mercilessly blow them all to pieces before their mom appears. Mothra doesn't really do anything outside of being the 1st boss with a shield, which is the most annoying thing in the game, they do this move at random, but I have shit luck and the bosses just so happened to deploy it every time I unleashed a fully charged breath at them. Ugh.
After that it's SMG II-nd and god is he fucking awesome, my favourite boss tbh. It's probably my favourite version of Mechagodzilla too. He fires missiles and lasers at you, occasionally the Plasma Granade, but he also can fire grappling hooks and hurl you across the area, I never had so much fun while having my ass kicked in a video game before. SMG II-nd really feels like he’s smart, he switches between diffirent tactics during the fights, he gets up close and personal, then he tries to attack you from the sides, he then tries to go out of your range to charge the Plasma Cannon up, it really feels like he knows what he's doing, he truly feels like a worthy enemy. If you hit some of his weapons enough times, you can destroy them.
Then it's Space Godzilla's level, first you fight M.O.G.U.E.R.A. II-nd tho (shit design btw). He's basically SMG II-nd but only with missiles and the Plasma Granade, he's really fucking annoying. He's a little pussy who stays out of your range and tries to hit you with the Plasma Granade which removes like 30% of your health in a single strike, his Plasma Granade has super long reach, he can use it at a range from which you can't hit him.
Space Godzilla's level is bullshit, with crystals coming out of you from everywhere. I had to save-scum here, thank god I was playing on an emulator. After you get through Crystal hell you face Space Godzilla. Who doesn't really do much either outside of having a banger theme.
Finally the Destoroyah level has you facing off with the Super X III first, which is pretty easy. The you reach Destoroyah and he is decent final boss, but he could be better. He attack with his horn katana, micro oxygen beam and does a flying tackle attack he will also split into the small xenomorph wannabees every time you get a 1/3rd of his health down. He also can deploy an energy force field for some reason. His only real issue is that he has way too much health, the battle really drags on, it's more of an endurance test than anything. I'd say SMG II-nd was harder, except he had less health, there's moments where you can't avoid attacks and Destoroyah will eventually chip your health away if you're not extremely carefull, he'll do it before you're able chip his health away. So him having less helath could have helped this fight. The fight really gets kinda boring after those first few minutes pass. This could have also been fixed by giving him more attacks as he only has like 3. Like give him his chest beam and make him able to drag you across the arena after grabbing your neck with his tail.
Then the game ends with Godzilla jumpscaring the military.
So rating:
Story - it doesn't really exist so I won't count this into my rating.
Gameplay - 10/10 - I LOVE my rail shooters, man.
Soundtrack - 10/10 - do yourself a favour and listen to the boss themes, they're really good. The best track is probably Space Godzilla's theme.
Idk what else to say, so to end this review off I give this game a 9/10 rating, like I said above, some bosses could be improved and Space Godzilla's level is bullshit so no 10/10 from me. Go play it now.
-Real Time Strategy-
Growing up, I’ve always liked playing Command and Conquer, Starship Troopers, and Starcraft 1. I still play them every now and then, but not as much as I used to. But I’ve always wanted to know how it feels to have a Real Time Strategy game that is related to Godzilla. You could have a mission where you’re tasked on setting up camp on Skull Island and cleanse the land of Invasive Creatures like Skullcrawlers, or a whole different campaign where you’re playing as Skar King and you can command an entire legion of Kongs and take over Earth. It’s such a cool concept and great potential but no one’s ever made one.
-Competitive 5v5 MOBA-
We all know MOBA games are some of the most toxic, but just imagine how fun it would be to play as your favorite Monster and just memorize their combos, or even make a guild of five players and climb your way through the ranked system. For example, you can have Final Wars Gigan, who is an assassin gap closer, quickly killing squishy monsters someone like Mothra or Minilla. Or play as Godzilla, a slow, hard hitting juggernaut that takes a while to kill.
-Single Player Exploration-
It’s exactly what it says, it’s similar to… The game I will not name.
Anyways, instead of just one monster, there are multiple to choose from but you have to complete the segment of the monster before it, so you can unlock the new segment.
That’s pretty much all of my ideas, but I’m happy to read your ideas or if you agree or disagree with mine :)

So, what do u think about alts in GBL? They are a really good idea, is ok or is a bad idea to you? And maybe most of you aren't interested in them, but what alts would you like to see in the future?
I think alts in ok, I dont dislike or love them either, but the 2 released alts are both effective in combat. About alts I'd like to see, since alts are the same unit in different periods at different places, I'd say a HongKong ver for Godzilla 2021, which I've just made days ago. He can spam beams like Wakasa G89, and his special as leader is the Atomic Breath used to drill through Hollow Earth.

New Godzilla Game announced and as you can see it has Manda and Megaguirus in it, it's a VR Light Gun Game (point the gun at the screen and shoot)
This looks so fucking hype I cant wait to play it, I love these kinds of games
There's probably more big name monsters but they also showcased 2 Enemies, these Mechs which I imagine are Alien in origin (why else would they be attacking the player)
And these things I've affectionately called Mini Mandas
They look pretty cool, I like these more than the mechs
There's not much else, it just got revealed and who knows how widespread the release will be (hopefully outside of Japan too)
They exist!

Go support this Ultraman DLC
I'm not asking, it's been 12 YEARS since Godzilla has been in a fighting game, it's been at least 13 years since Ultraman has been in a fighting game, it's been 10 years Since Pacific Rim has had a fighting game
Both Gamera and Kong have NEVER had a fighting game
I'm personally disappointed in the final roster, but I cant stress enough how vitaly important it is to support this DLC because if you don't you can kiss any future interest in fighting games from these studios goodbye
You want to know a full list of whats at stake?
The studio behind Gigabash have stated they need this DLC to be a success to fund another one
They have also gone on to say that they planned to have Ultraman and Gamera DLC's before the Ultraman DLC was announced, which means if you dont buy it then we dont get Gamera in a fighting game alongside Godzilla and Ultraman.
And that'll cause a domino effect that will put all these studios off, if the thing fans have been wanting wasn't even supported what makes you think they'll want to make their own fighting games
This also puts other potential DLC's at risk since they need this one to be a success (Pacific Rim, King Kong, Monsterverse, Evangelion) you can kiss them all goodbye
Do you see why it's so important we support this DLC? Go out, wishlist it and buy it once it's out
I've already talked about 1 game I got being Taiketsu Ultra Hero (Ultraman Fighting Game I imported from Japan)
But today I got Godzilla Domination as well, never played it before either so I'm excited for them to come, I already got a 3DS but it's old back from Elementary School (my mom worked there) and the kids who owned it never came back for it
I'll give it to my Niece and Nephew for Christmas, I dont really use the 3DS Games anyways other than Fossil Fighters Frontier and even then that's the worst of the series
I want to play games from my childhood and experience nostalgia again, so that's another reason, outside of those 2 I also got Yoshi's Island 3 (my first game i ever played)
