Achievements and Trophies Guide
Dragon's Dogma 2 lets you roam free in a large open world, giving you the freedom to explore in any direction almost immediately. This means there are plenty of optional Achievements and Trophies that you might miss or be completely unaware of. There are 55 Achievements/Trophies in Dragon's Dogma 2, and this guide will show you how to unlock them all.
We've listed both Gamerscore count for Achievements and Trophy rarity in the list below while separating them into distinct sections.
Story Achievements and Trophies
This trophy is earned after obtaining all of the other achievements/trophies listed below.
This trophy is earned by escaping from the camp during the Gaoled Awakening quest.
This trophy is earned by regaining your memories in Melve, which happens during the In Dragon's Wake quest.
This trophy is earned by entering Vernworth for the first time, which happens during the In Dragon's Wake quest.
This trophy is earned by attending a Vernworth masquerade in Courtly Clothes.
This trophy is earned by entering the rose chateau in Vernworth's noble quarter, which happens automatically during The Stolen Throne quest.
This trophy is earned by illegally crossing the border into Battahl – like by hiding inside a cart, for example.
This trophy is earned by entering into Battahl, which happens during the Nation of Lambent Flame quest.
This trophy is earned by entering Dragonsbreath Tower, which happens automatically during the A New Godsway quest.
This trophy is earned by defeating the Gigantus before it reaches its destination and triggers a cutscene during The Guardian Gigantus quest.
This trophy is earned by reaching Agamen Volcanic Island, which happens automatically during The Guardian Gigantus quest.
This trophy is earned by sitting on the throne during the regular ending in the Legacy quest.
True Ending Achievements and Trophies
This trophy is earned by unlocking the path to the true ending during the Legacy quest.
This trophy is earned by finding the Gigantus again in the Unmoored World.
This trophy is earned by sitting on the throne during the regular ending in the Legacy quest.
This trophy is earned by winning all battles marked by giant red energy pillars in the Unmoored World.
This trophy is earned by convincing citizens in Vernworth, Bakbattahl, and the Sacred Arbor to evacuate during the post-game quests.
This trophy is earned by reaching the true ending after the post-game content.
Vocation Achievements and Trophies
This trophy is earned by changing your vocation at any guild.
This trophy is earned by reaching Rank 9 in any vocation.
This trophy is earned by unlocking and switching to the Mystic Spearhand vocation.
This trophy is earned by unlocking and switching to the Trickster vocation.
This trophy is earned by unlocking and switching to the Magick Archer vocation.
This trophy is earned by unlocking and switching to the Warfarer vocation.
This trophy is earned by finding all maister skills for each vocation.
Pawn Achievements and Trophies
This trophy is earned by setting a pawn quest for your main pawn inside the rift, or after your main pawn returns with a report.
This trophy is earned by teaching your main pawn one of the six pawn specializations.
This trophy is earned by reviving two pawns at once inside the revive AoE. You can carry downed pawns and set them beside each other to do this.
This trophy is earned by completing any of the pawn badge requirements listed in the Status menu.
Exploration Achievements and Trophies
This trophy is earned by resting at any campsite marked by a campfire icon on the map.
This trophy is earned by riding an oxcart. They can be found inside many major cities or settlements.
This trophy is earned by reaching Drabnir's Grotto, which is located southwest of Bakbattahl.
This trophy is earned by grabbing a griffin when it's about to fly away from battle. If done properly, the griffin will often take you back to its nest.
This trophy is earned by causing a cyclops to fall over a short gap to create a bridge, and then walking across it. You can shoot a cyclops in the eye to make it lose balance and fall, or use the Thief Ensnare skill.
This trophy is earned by using the hot spring in the Volcanic Island Camp.
This trophy is earned by cooking every single type of meat in the game when resting at campsites. You need to cook each type of meat twice – once during the day, and once at night.
This trophy is earned by exploring the map and finding 50 named locations.
This trophy is earned by finding 80 of the 240 Seeker's Tokens. Thankfully, there's no Achievement/Trophy for finding them all.
Combat Achievements and Trophies
This trophy is earned by defeating a headless horseman during the 'Till Death Do Us Part quest in Vernworth. A headless horseman can also be found wandering around near Vernworth at night in the Unmoored World.
This trophy is earned by climbing up Medusa's body and cutting her head off, which is how you get a Medusa Head item. She's located in the Nera’Battahl Windrift, just southwest of Bakbattahl.
This trophy is earned by cutting off Medusa's head as quickly as possible – ideally, on her first health bar. Use a Thief to cut the head and a Mage with Lightning Boon to power up the Thief's daggers.
This trophy is earned by using the Preserved Medusa's Head item to petrify Medusa. Once you get the head, immediately put it in storage to prevent decay, then wait four or more days for Medusa to respawn before taking it back out for use.
This trophy is earned by killing a scavenger enemy after they've tackled you and stolen an item. These are hooded enemies often found with groups of bandits.
This trophy is earned by using the Harpysnare Smoke Beacon item to attract a harpy. Then, grab onto the harpy and have it fly you away.
Miscellaneous Achievements and Trophies
This trophy is earned by buying a house from Mildred in Vernworth for 20,000 gold. She's standing in the alley next to the Stardrop Inn.
This trophy is earned by using a Wakestone to revive a dead NPC.
This trophy is earned by using a Wakestone to revive a dead NPC in a morgue or charnel house. If dead, non-hostile NPCs are taken to morgues or charnel houses after a certain amount of time.
This trophy is earned by using a Ferrystone to fast travel to a Portcrystal.
This trophy is earned by entering the ghostly oxcart in The Phantom Oxcart quest. To enter, you need to pretend to be a pawn by removing all weapons and armor and approaching the cart.
This trophy is earned by enhancing a weapon three times, and then asking the Dragonforged to enhance it once more.
This trophy is earned by raising an NPC's affinity to the point when their cheeks start to blush – that's how you know affinity is maxed. You can do this by giving gifts or completing dedicated quests. There are romances in the game, but this can be done with any NPC.
This trophy is earned by raising the affinity of 50 NPCs. You don't have to max these relationships, but you do need to give gifts to at least 50 people. Check the History tab to see which gifts work best for each NPC.
This trophy is earned by witnessing a fight in your home between two NPCs who have high affection for you. You can carry two high-affection NPCs to any house you own and wait for a fight to break out.
This trophy is earned by solving all 10 sphinx riddles. You must solve five riddles at the Mountain Shrine, and then five more riddles at the Frontier Shrine.
This trophy is earned by using the Eternal Wakestone to revive a large number of NPCs at once. All NPCs in a town will die if you let Dragonsplague run its course, or you can kill several NPCs yourself. You get the Eternal Wakestone by killing the sphinx, which can be done with the Unmaking Arrow.
