Natalie is a seasoned branding professional, having worked at the world’s leading branding firms, Interbrand and Landor, as a marketing professional within Fortune 500 companies including MasterCard and JP Morgan Chase, and as a Principal and Managing Partner at FullSurge, her strategic brand and marketing consultancy created to help build brands the world can’t live without. The firm’s clients include companies with many of the most respected global brands such as Coke, Delta, Cartoon Network, Dixie, SI.com and UPS. During FullSurge’s six-year relationship with Visa, Natalie singlehandedly built the first-ever naming and product architecture strategy program for Visa’s commercial business worldwide.

Natalie’s insights often reflect her extensive cross-cultural and academic experiences. She has lived and worked in Australia, Belgium, England, New Zealand and Spain; received a B.A. from The American University; and earned an M.B.A. from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
