Reflecting on a great week in #Cannes and feeling grateful for the leaders and mentors that gave me the foundation to succeed. In 2016 I joined the Marketing Engineer Program with MediaMath. Under the guidance of Elise James-DeCruise, Julie Smith, and Adam Yamaguchi and the support and investment of Joe Zawadzki, my cohort lived and breathed ad techs students of the industry. Not only did we have an amazing group of external industry leaders come in and teach us but we had access to so much knowledge internally from the incredible MM team. Eight years later and getting the chance to reconnect with so many of those mentors meant a lot. The same way I learned from these greats, I look forward to passing along to the next crop of young and ambitious leaders! A simple appreciation and thank you post 🫡 Mike Novosel Anna Grodecka-Grad Wilfried Schobeiri Sara Skrmetti Taylor Simons

Josef - Your post made my day☀️. Launching the New Marketing Institute (NMI) and partnering with Adam and Julie to develop and launch the MEP are highlights of my career within the AdTech space. I couldn’t be more proud of you and your career journey. Wishing you and all of the MEP graduates continued success - keep going❤️⭐️.
