This took 2 rods for me I bought two packs. Would be nice if they sold it in different sizes because wouldn’t been nice if the rods were a little longer for long hair. Was super easy to wrap and use. I have very straight hair so this blow out look was nice. Some people have more curls than me from other reviews will use moose next time and I just have a lot of hair so my hair is heavy for this type of thing, will definitely use it again with more product

I just used this for the first time last night. I have a LOT of straight, fine hair, about 4 inches past my shoulders. I had washed my hair and let it air dry earlier in the day and then used dry shampoo since my hair gets super oily otherwise.
I used it as 2 'rods', not the unicorn type as I think my hair is too short for that yet.
I had them 'styled' to go on the back of my head instead of right behind my ears on the side of my head.
I overlapped the hair on each side of the 'rod' so it was more like a french braid.
The curls are so delightful! I have a lot of length on the 'rod' for longer hair and there are a lot of ways I can adjust this, including the unicorn style, the placement of the 'rod', and how I twist my hair in it. I'll definitely be telling my friends about it!

I have color-treated hair so to minimize hair damage as much as possible, I wanted something that could help me acheive curled hair without using heat tools. Also, curling my hair in the morning for work takes 15 minutes that I could use for other things/tasks. It took a couple nights to really get the hang of my wrapping technique, but it has become such an easy part of my nightly routine that I use it every night regardless if I need "styled" hair the next day or not (I.E., just sitting at home, but with pretty hair, haha). I already started sleeping with a bonnet on, so I simply wrap my hair around the foam roller, secure the roller with the included scrunchies, then stretch my bonnet over my head/hair. I do not find the roller to be uncomfortable at night. There are times I feel like my hair has fallen down the roller, but wrapping my hair a bit tighter around the roller seems to have prevented this. I have been using this heatless curler for about 4 months, so I do feel like I'm still experimenting a little with the technique.

I was expecting the rod to be thicker because I prefer to get the nice big/bouncy blow-out looking curls as opposed to tightly wound curls that look like you used a wand.

Not only do I have gorgeous curls, my hairs is soft and healthy with all the heat styling!

If you’re thinking about buying this… Pull the trigger! I originally bought a cheaper one from urban planet, it was 7.99 and 50% off. Unsuccessfully used it a couple times and then I ended up getting the hang of it. The curls are lovely BUT I couldn’t get over how uncomfortable it was. It was hard foam and it pulled on my hair because it wasn’t super flexible. I heard about higher quality brands that offered a softer rod—but they were $100+. I was bummed. I put out an insta story asking for recommendations and a link to this product was sent my way. It arrived quickly as usual and I just put it on… WOW is all I have to say. Super soft. I’m laying my head on my pillow at this current moment and not only is it comfortable as heck, it’s even more comfortable than if I wasn’t wearing it (does that make sense? lol) I’m super excited to see how the curls turn out. I think they will be tighter than the other rod I have—due to the squishy-ness. I put a tight scarf on and then my bonnet to protect the style. I will update in 12 hours on the results with a picture if I remember. Don’t sleep on the product… Sleep in it! (Haha get it)

Also I got the Malibu Barbie one and it’s actually adorable. Obsessed with this purchase!

Would love to see them come out with a wider rod for looser curls! Maybe they already offer such a product? I’ll do some digging!

Il tubo risulta perfetto se posizionato in corrispondenza della riga centrale per creare delle onde più naturali, oppure da orecchio a orecchio per delle onde più strette.
Ho notato che l’effetto è ancora migliore se prima si nebulizza un po’ d’acqua sui capelli in modo da renderli umidi prima dello styling.
Non penso utilizzerò più la piastra per delle bellissime onde naturali che non rovinano i capelli!

I have Afro hair and used this a few times while my hair was straightened and I loved the results! Took a few practices to wrap the hair tight enough, but it was pretty straightforward. I just put a head scarf on top and was really comfortable to sleep in since it’s softer than normal rods. Woke up with effortless wavy hair.
