I have to wear a pony tail when I sleep because my hair will drive me crazy. Regular pony tail holders will eat up my hair during the night so I was trying to find something more hair friendly. I heard satin and silk scrunchies were really good for your hair so I gave these a whirl and they are perfect. Beautiful satin, well made, filled with some sort of batting or pillowy cotton so they are very fluffy. I have shoulder length hair and they do (just barely) work for me but I think shorter hair would be to big for. They need to wrap around a lot of hair.
But slept with one last night. Woke up and even tho half my hair fell out of it, my hair looked pretty d*mn good!
