I have thick and curly hair and most scrunchies get snarled up in my hair, and I end up pulling hair out when trying to get it out of my hair. These scrunchies are silky and soft, and just slide out of my hair.
Because I love these so much, I put them in my pockets and purses, along with bookbags that I am using at the moment. Which means I can't find some of them, lol! So I ordered another package for myself, and sent one as a gift to my daughter, who has the same type of hair, except it's thicker than mine.

I can't think of a con for these, except maybe that I lose them! But that's not their fault.
They might not work well on thin hair, since they are so silky. You would have to make that decision for yourself.

For me, they are perfect. I would highly recommend these scrunchies.
