Koyomi Shizuka (閑 古詠 Shizuka Koyomi) is one of the Three Saints, the leaders of the Lion King Organization, who sent Yukina on a mission to be the observer of the fourth primogenitor, Kojou. She appears as a senior high-school student of Saikai Academy who always observes Kojou and Yukina.

Koyomi has long black hair tied into twin braids and blue eyes. She wears glasses and the Saikai Academy high-school uniform and carries a book.
When she is working she wears a thin veil like silk so people could see her face she wearing a luxurious priestess outfit adorned with countless gemstoness.

Koyomi is a calm and composed girl, although in battle she emits an overwhelming aura of pressure on her opponents.

The Fugitive Fourth Primogenitor[]
Koyomi Shizuka had sealed Kojou’s right hand with a barrier ritual. Realizing that she couldn’t stop Kojou from leaving Itogami Island, she’d taken out an insurance policy. She’d secretly planted a trump card into Kojou that could save him from annihilation should he encounter an enemy that could manipulate the encroachment of Nod—without Kojou ever suspecting. Kiriha Kisaki had identified what had been carved into his right hand as a sealing ritual. However, seals were not limited to ensuring your opponent could not escape. Depending on the circumstance, seals were employed to protect what was on the inside. It was the latter which Koyomi Shizuka had carved into Kojou. The wound in Kojou’s right hand hadn’t hurt when he’d summoned his Beast Vassals. Without exception, Kojou’s wound throbbed right after someone had used a sorcerous device of the Sinful God. That wound had reacted to the encroachment of Nod. Thanks to Paper Noise’s spell, Kojou escaped instant annihilation, but that didn’t mean he’d returned to his own world. The Divine Oscillation Effect barrier wouldn’t last forever, either. Unless he could find a way to slip out from Nod, annihilation really was only a matter of time.

Shizuka, wearing a Saikai Academy uniform, was standing in front of the apartment building’s steps, staring at Yaze’s apartment with a neutral expression. In front of her chest, the girl was hugging a basket filled with fruits. It was the sort of extravagant fruit basket one took when visiting someone who was sick. Asagi tried addressing the bespectacled girl from behind. She imagined Shizuka was in a bind from not actually knowing where Yaze’s room was. However, when she looked at Asagi, her eyes seem to waver in fear; she broke into a run as she tried to make her escape. That made Asagi the nervous one. Shizuka looked at Asagi with an extremely worried look. She had the face of a fainthearted heroine in a romance manga, particularly in a scene where she’d just stumbled upon her boyfriend flirting with another girl. Eventually, Shizuka held out the fruit basket she was clutching to her breast in front of Asagi. Acting on reflex, Asagi took it without a thought. While Asagi was distracted by the fruit, Shizuka broke off into a run once more. The scene was over in a second; there was no time to stop her. All Asagi could do was stand in a daze as she watched the girl go, receding in the distance.
Abilities[]
Her unique ability, which is also her nickname as one of the Three Saints, called Paper Noise, let's her attack anyone at any point in time, she's not manipulating time to move slower or to move faster csis makes time that should not exist, making her a formidable foe. She also has the ability to read the mind of her opponents to a certain degree such that, when coupled with her ability Paper Noise, make her one of the strongest individuals in the world.
