239: The Enneagram for Moms with Beth McCord
This week I have special guest Beth McCord, founder of Your Enneagram Coach, on the show to discuss how the Enneagram can help moms find confidence and navigate parenthood. What I love most about her message is that she emphasizes the importance of embracing your own unique personality in motherhood while also taking time to more deeply understand and appreciate the different types of your partner and kids. Here on Minimal-ish, we are no stranger to seeking a life with more intentional relationships, or prioritizing time for self-growth and reflection, so I’m excited for you to tune in to this conversation with Beth!

236: Saying Yes
Today I'm bringing you a solo episode where I’m sharing a little bit about my own recent mindset shift and desire to step out of my comfort zone to embrace a season of “yes” with my kids this summer. Minimalism is often associated with saying “no” and living at a slower pace, but there are times when saying “yes” to things big or small can also lead to a fuller life. A season of yes can look different for everyone + may change depending on the season of life we are in, but whichever season you’re in I hope you will leave this episode with some encouragement to consider where you can or want to say “yes” more often.

235: A Life More Engaging Than the Algorithm - Living a Low(er) Tech Life with Erin Loechner
In today's episode, I interview Erin Loechner, author of 'The Opt Out Family,' about her journey from being an influencer to living a low-tech lifestyle. We discuss the challenges of social media, the power of the algorithm, and the importance of being more engaged in our real life. Erin shares her insights on how to make the shift to a low-tech lifestyle, and we talk about getting intentional with the role technology plays in our life. Erin encourages us to be more engaging than the algorithm and shares examples of how her family lives a low-tech lifestyle. Conversations on technology and social media are always important ones to have because there is no playbook on how to do this well - we have to make those decisions for ourselves. I love that Erin gives us another perspective along with a ton of resources on this topic.

Such a great podcast!
I've loved this podcast for a while now. I love that it talks about all different aspects of life through a minimal-ish view. I especially love the most recent podcast with Krista St Germain, as my sister just lost her husband about a week ago, and we are all navigating this new life together. Thank you for what you do!
