So what would the Quirk Awakening for Neito Monoma. Neito's Quirk Copy allows him to copy the quirk (Emitter and Transformation quirks). However I have know that there were limits on how many quirks he could copy and the limits it has. Like it can't build up power. And that he needs to be within human contact to copy a Quirk. After watching Naruto for quite sometime. I can say that Neito's quirk is some what similar to the Sharingan as both have the ability to copy. I have threewo ideas for what Neito's Quirk Awakening could be one day, if he could awaken his quirk.
#1 The ability to big up power
Since Neito's quirk can not completely replicate quirks like One For All and Rewind. It was revealed that he doesn't have the accumulated resources as a prerequisite to functions to copy One For All or Rewind. If his quirk was to go through an awakening, Imagine he could copy a quirk that's has a quirk that builds up on power and stores power. He would be overpowered if he did that.
#2 The ability to copy by looking
Since Neito has to have human contact to copy a Quirk. His quirk really wouldn't be all that powerful on his own. Literally Villains would try to keep their distances to avoid him to copy their quirks. In my opinion the fact that he needs to be within human contact to copy a Quirk. Is a Waterdown version of the Sharingan (had to look at someone to copy a Jutsu) He literally can't copy a quirk he the villain tries to keep their distances. If he could copy a Quirk just by looking at someone he could bypass the drawback to his quirk. But at first so that he don't randomly copy someone's quirk on accident he could choose to copy someone's quirk by looking at them when he wants to. If he could copy someone's quirk just by looking he could be able to fight a villain on his own. He should rename hero name to The Copy Hero: Phantom Thief it would pay homage Kakashi Hatake from another Fandom. It was also to note that Kakashi was formerly known as the The Copy Ninja or some other names. I wonder how would be able to activate and deactivate his quirk by looking at someone?
#3 Use infinite amount of Quirks
Since Neito can copy three quirks at a time and use them indiviually. He would later go up to four Quirks that he can copy. What if his Quirk awaken where he could copy more than 4 Quirks? More Quirks in his arsenal.
#4 Permanently copied a Quirk
This idea is something that came up. You know how Neito can only temporarily copy a Quirk? Even though it was only for five minutes, he made it go to ten minutes. And the Quirks that he copy are temporary. It's not very convent for him while he's a Pro Hero. Because he would be Quirkless in a fight if he's by himself. And if he could permanently copy a Quirk he could fight one on one.
