I like showa and heisei. Shinshei series have better graphics and fight scenes though. I guess I like all the eras equally. I love monster fights. And they DO tell you where he comes from

Destroyah godzilla junior was revitalized from near death when godzilla had his meltdown and became the new godzilla. What happen to him? Is it possible that they would make a godzilla movie where godzilla from the heisei series battles the godzilla from the shinshei series. That would be awsome.

Longest Running Film Series?[]
Isn't Godzilla the longest running film series? Some say James Bond is, but he came out in the late 60's. SpaceGhidorah 16:58, 16 June 2009 (UTC)
I believe your right. James Bond only has 23 films and the first film (Dr.No) was released in 1962. While Godzilla has 27 films (excluding the american one) and the first one was released in 1954.Timelordrules! 13:52, March 18, 2011 (UTC)
Godzilla Size Comparison picture[]
The '80 meters' size comparison is highly innacurate, for the milleenium Goji's anyway.
Godzilla 2000's Big G was 55 metres tall, which is closer to the 50 meter template. GvsMegs and the Kiryu Saga Gojis are all also 55 metres tall. GMK Godzilla is 60 metres tall, once again alot shorter than 80 metres. And FW Godzilla is a whpping 100 metres tall, exactly on the Heisei Goji template.

Movie version[]
I'd like to add to the wiki the 3rd version of the cut of the movie Godzilla, in France the movie has a cut with almost all the original cut with some add from the american cut with Raymond Burr, the movie is completly dubbed in french, there is no subtitle, in the end the character of Raymond Burr is not on the boat which go to destroy Godzilla, I would ask to people on Godzilla wiki if I can add this version on Wiki and if you want more information about this version, I own the VHS tape, it's very rare to find it in France since only the original movie subtitled is easy to find in collection HK movie.
Why can't the new Godzilla reboot be realeased earlier depending on how long it takes to make it?T[]

well, the reboot is taking a long time to make, I think we should be patient and wait like true fans because the longer we wait the better the product will be. Your opinion on Godzilla being in the Marvel Cinematic Universe[]
This may seem unlikely, but I'd honestly like Godzilla to star in the Marvel Cinematic Universe because of his appearances in Marvel comic books. Plus, he could fight the Avengers or maybe even Fin Fang Foom or something and Disney could make a completely CG-i model of Godzilla of their own, similar to Legendary and Warner Bros. in the Godzilla-Kong films.
