Service history and disposition[]

Following the destruction of the USS Enterprise in 2263, Lieutenant Commander Hikaru Sulu was assigned first officer of the Concord. He lived aboard with his husband and their daughter Demora Sulu. (TOS - Boldly Go comic: "Issue 1")

The ship was lost in an encounter with the Borg shortly after. The Borg sphere sliced the Concord apart and assimilated its commanding officer, Captain Terrell. (TOS - Boldly Go comic: "Issue 2")
