Elnor was a Romulan man in the 24th century. He was also a survivor of the Romulus' Destruction who was resettled on Vashti. He was trained by the Qowat Milat, though he was a man.

Biography[]

He lived on Vashti, where he followed the teachings of the Qowat Milat, although as he was a man he was unable to join the group. Jean-Luc Picard befriended Elnor when he was a boy, reading works like The Three Musketeers and The Little Prince to him. (PIC episode: "Absolute Candor", PIC novel: The Last Best Hope)

Elnor reunited with Picard in 2399 and joined Picard's quest. (PIC episode: "Absolute Candor")

By 2401, Elnor became the first full Romulan to attend Starfleet Academy. He was assigned to the USS Excelsior at the request of Commander Raffaela Musiker. (PIC episode: "The Star Gazer")
