Godzilla vs. The Mighty Morphin Power Rangers II is a 2024 five-issue comic book miniseries by Boom! Studios and IDW Publishing and a sequel to the 2022 comic crossover series Godzilla vs. The Mighty Morphin Power Rangers. The series reunites the characters of the Godzilla and Power Rangers franchises in a brand-new story.[1]

Worlds collide a second time as everyone's favorite kaiju meets up with Earth's mightiest warriors once again to take on the most fearsome monsters from both sides of the multiverse, with Rita Repulsa egging them on! This one has it all: SpaceGodzilla! Clawhammer! Tentacreep! But what exactly does Rita intend to do with their collective might, and how have her mysterious new allies, Astronema and the Alliance of Evil, given her added reach across worlds? Godzilla vs. The Mighty Morphin Power Rangers II was announced on December 13, 2023. The story is written by Cullen Bunn, who also wrote for the first comic's story, with art drawn by Baldemar Rivas (DC: Mech), colors by Andrew Dalhouse, and letters by Johanna Guzman.[1] According to Bunn, the sequel's story is based on the initial concepts he had for the first series but ultimately were cut for time, many of which were then incorporated into the plot of the second series.[2] The comic also features the Power Rangers and their zords combining with kaiju of the Godzilla series and a new kaiju-based Megazord.[3]

The Mighty Morphin Power Rangers and Godzilla have been caught in a sprawling space-time scheme orchestrated by Rita Repulsa and Astronema! They team up to save alternate versions of the Power Rangers from being targeted by sinister forces. As the Power Rangers and Godzilla transverse realities with the help of a newfound ally, the shape of the foes they face become clear: the Psycho Rangers! But the Psycho Rangers have siphoned powers and abilities from beyond their own world, and if the Rangers and Godzilla can't stop them, the entire multiverse will suffer the consequences![5]

The terrifying Psycho Rangers have siphoned the energies of some of Godzilla's greatest foes, giving rise to the Kaiju Psycho Rangers!
