Letty teams up with architect, realtor, and demon lord Dearia to find his perfect home. First on their house-hunting list: a dungeon full of anti-Hero traps and an absolutely haunted mansion!^[1]

• The vacuum cleaner Dearia provided for Letty is a reference to Luigi's Mansion video game series. Also, he mentions Strobulb, the light bulb item added in the flashlight and used by Luigi to defeat the ghosts.
• Typewriter and ink ribbon are reference to Resident Evil video game series as a save point in the progress.
  • A figure rapidly zipping behind Dearia behind the door resembles Leon Winters from Resident Evil 2.
• When Dearia suddenly shows healing items through the hole in the door, he unintentionally scares Letty aloud before he peeks through it. It is an obvious reference to The Shining.
• A pale ghost boy sitting at the painting is based on Ju-On franchise (one of them being 4444444444 and The Grudge)
• Letty navigating through the corridor in his perspective on the screen is a reference to modern first-person horror survival video games, including pitch-black indoor corridors and flashlights.
