I had a very disappointing experience with this company. My wife signed up for the free LLC service and paid the required sales tax. Shortly after, a sales representative called her, falsely claiming that the tax payment did not go through and insisted he needed her card information again or nothing could be filed. Trusting him, after seeing many good reviews of the company (i think those are fake), she provided the card details, only for us to discover later that he had signed her up for an expensive package without her consent. He outright lied to make a sale and as I have dug further, this seems to be a common practice here. When she called the next day to address this issue, the supervisor stated they would only consider a refund after reviewing the call recording. This approach is not only poor customer service but also contradicts the company's stated policy on their website, which promises customer satisfaction. While the supervisor did eventually call back and issue a refund after listening to the call, the whole experience left us feeling that this company operates in a very shady manner. I strongly encourage others to look elsewhere for more trustworthy services.
