Call for Tutorials

The ACM Conference on Computer and Communications Security (CCS) is seeking tutorial proposals. As a part of the CCS’22 program, we cordially invite proposals for tutorials from active researchers and experienced tutors from academia, industry and government agencies. Ideally, the tutorial will cover state-of-the-art research and ideas, innovative developments, and novel applications in a specific aspect of security, but proposals are especially encouraged on emerging ideas related to main conference topics.

Submission Process

Send your proposals (in PDF format) to CCS Workshop Chairs: Aravind Prakash aprakash@binghamton.edu and Christophe Hauser hauser@isi.edu using the email subject [CCS’22 Tutorial Proposal] with the following information:

  • Title of the tutorial
  • Keywords (describing the main themes of the tutorial)
  • Abstract
  • Description of the tutorial (topics and goals)
  • Tutorial presenters’ biographies (1-2 paragraphs per presenter)
  • Length of tutorial (no less than 1.5 hours and no more than 3 hours)

  • Expected background and pre-requisite of audience
  • Relevance of the tutorial to CCS’22
