The conference-rate hotel rooms at Omni Los Angeles Hotel at California Plaza are sold out. We obtained some overflow rooms in Millennium Biltmore Hotel Los Angeles ($199/night). You can make a reservation at this link, by October 31 to get this rate. Act immediately, as rooms run out very quickly!
Staying in rooms at the conference hotels helps ACM and the SIG offset the costs of meeting space. We hope that the low, negotiated room rate is an added incentive to stay at the conference hotel. More importantly, the hotel is the center of conference activity, allowing quick access to the programs and functions, as well as the ability to network easily with other attendees.
ACM is able to provide visa support letters to attendees as well as authors with accepted papers, posters, or members of the conference committee. For visa support letters, refer all requests to supportletters@acm.org. Please allow up to 10 business days to receive a letter. All requests are handled in the order they are received. For attendees with babies and small children, we have reserved a room in the venue specifically for breastfeeding and childcare. Please check the floor map below. The room is called Widney, in the red circle.
Sitterwise provides childcare services. Nany rate is $30 per hour for 1-2 kids and $35 per hour for 3-4 kids.
Please contact the general chairs for coordination, if you plan to use this room and need to share the childcare services. Please make your requests as early as possible, due to limited space.
